Meet Jazira, who just can't even ....

Jazira is a yearling Paso filly, younger half-sister to Lola, whom we have already met. Jazira's owners, Kat and Thierry, tried to persuade her to stand up to get her feet trimmed, but she said, "No indeed, now is a very good time for a nap in the sun, thank you, and y'all can just figure it out." So we did.

After we were done, she closed her eyes for "just another five minutes, please," and then got up.

Jazira is a lovely young lady - a great beauty with a sweet temperament.

Presidential debates are always interesting to watch. I know that it is a popularity contest, but I still think that their arguments do matter. If we want people to realize just how important it is that we do this, then we will become able to do all sorts of things. We need to think about the future, that is why I am saying this. I am hoping that all the debates that we spark just continues to allow us to get better.
